My self-pay fee is $150 per 50 minute session.

Yes! Out-of-network is a great option. I use Thrizer to assist with simplifying insurance claims. Thrizer will cover the cost of therapy up front. You will only have to pay what you owe, and Thrizer will cover the rest. Instead of waiting for insurance to reimburse you (slowly), Thrizer does the waiting and pays you out. For reference, insurance typically reimburses 60-80% of the session cost after meeting your deductible. If you’re unsure of your out-of-network benefits, I am happy to assist with that process!

My office is located in Downtown Wilmington, NC at the Cotton Exchange. Validated parking is available during your session.
